Cost

The cost of learning to fly can vary.  In general you have to pay:
1) Membership Dues to the not-for-profit Texarkana Flying Club
2) Hourly rate of the flight instructor
3) Hourly rate of the plane

The overall cost of learning to fly is between $5,000 – $7,000, including 40-60 hours of flight time and ground instruction.

Our instructors offer discovery flights for $99, where you have the opportunity to see if learning to fly is really something you are interested in.
